1. Information we collect
We collect the email address and product interest you provide on the early-access form. If you create an account, we also collect basic profile information required to authenticate you (via Clerk). We do not collect payment information at this stage.
2. How we use your information
Your email is used solely to notify you when your early-access opens and for product updates you have opted into. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Data storage
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, hosted in data centres compliant with standard security practices. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
4. Third-party services
We use Clerk for authentication, PostHog for anonymous product analytics, and Resend for transactional email. Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@urbaniq.in. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and anonymous analytics cookies. No cross-site tracking cookies are used.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
