By accessing or using Urban IQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Urban IQ provides an intelligence platform for urban design and planning professionals, including a projects database, tender aggregation, AI-assisted pre-design analysis, and a regulations reference tool. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time during the early-access period.
3. Early access
During the early-access period, the service is provided free of charge and without any service-level guarantees. Access may be revoked at any time. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Urban IQ content at scale; to impersonate another person or organisation; to violate any applicable law or regulation; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
5. Intellectual property
Urban IQ content — including curated project data, tender summaries, and AI-generated analysis — is the intellectual property of Urban IQ or its licensors. Data sourced from public procurement portals remains the property of the respective government authorities and is used for reference only.
6. AI-generated content
Pre-Design Analysis reports are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional planning advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI output before acting on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban IQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
